Participants in all 360 Football Academies will experience what pro athletes endure as 360 Sports Performance puts each attendee through a variety of strength, conditioning and human performance programs.  Not only will each student gain invaluable techniques and knowledge to improve their on-field performance, but each will also benefit from in-class programs designed to educate them on the “why” and “how” of these mechanics.  2- Days at each 360 Football Academy are centered on sports specific fundamentals through 360 Sports Performance.  Today, more than 75 clients of 360 Sports Performance personnel actively play in the National Football League including more than 50 athletes that have been highly drafted into the NFL over the last four years.
